Time to Post Your OSHA 300A (and electronically file?)!
Employers that are not otherwise exempt and employ at least 11 employees must post the OSHA 300-A summary in their workplace(s) from February 1st through April 30th.
In addition, some employers must electronically file one or more forms with OSHA. You must submit the OSHA 300A electronically if you meet either of the following:
- you employ 250 or more employees and are not in an industry listed here;
- you employ 20-249 employees and you are in an industry listed here.
You must also submit Form 300/301 data if your establishment(s) has 100 or more employees and is in an industry listed here.
