GovCon Employers Prepare to File VETS 4212
If you have a federal government contract or subcontract worth $150,000 or more, you must file a VETS-4212 Report between August 1 and September 30 each year following a calendar year in which you held the covered contract. This applies regardless of the number of employees you employ.
You may file electronically or by using the OFCCP’s paper form and emailing or mailing it. The OFCCP recommends electronic filing. Click here for the reporting portal, FAQ’s, and more information.
