FMLA Update

While the number of claims alleging FMLA violations have been decreasing, the types of violations have evolved.  Concurrently, several bills are pending in Congress to expand and modify the law.  The activity may be even greater at the state and some local levels to enact laws providing (paid) family and medical leave.
