Firing Do’s and Don’ts
When all else fails, what should you consider as you decide whether to let an employee go? This program will review:
- the core elements of “just cause” as a proactive checklist;
- options in lieu of discharge that may salvage the relationship;
- tips for conducting remote separation meetings;
- some of the W’s – by whom, where, when should the meeting be conducted;
- what (not) to say in the separation meeting; plus
- your questions submitted in advance when you register!
