Walters Testifies on HB 385 – Paid Leave Mandate
Ms. Walters again testifed on behalf of the Maryland SHRM State Council, Inc. (MD SHRM) in opposition to the Healthy Working Families Act, inviting a continued dialogue incentives that might be provided for employers that voluntarily offer comprehensive paid leave programs in lieu of a legislative mandate.
