Walters’ Co-Authors Article on MD Paid Leave Mandate Bill
Walt Townshend, President/CEO of the Baltimore-Washington Corridor Chamber of Commerce (BWCC) was instrumental in the drafting and submission of this article to which Ms. Walters shared some contributing information (thanks Walt). The bill mandates not only paid leave be provided by employers with more than nine employees but unpaid leave for those with nine or fewer employees.
