OSHA Vaccine Mandate Back On Nationwide!
Today, the 6th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals lifted the nationwide injunction that blocked enforcement of OSHA’s rule. A petition for review has already been filed with the U.S. Supreme Court (SCOTUS).
Unless and until that Court issues another stay, as of this writing OSHA has announced that covered employers (those with 100 or more employees at any time the rule is in effect) must exercise “reasonable, good faith efforts to come into compliance with the standard” by January 10th, with the exception of the testing standards. You must comply with the testing provisions by February 9th.
