It’s That Time of Year! OSHA Summary Posting
If you employ more than ten (10) employees, today’s the day! If you are not otherwise exempt from OSHA’s recordkeeping requirements, you must complete and post the OSHA Summary (Form 300A) February 1st through April 30th of each year. The Form summarizes the injuries and illnesses recorded the previous year. Also, if requested, copies of the records must be provided to current and former employees, or their representatives.
