It’s Not My House! 3rd Party Liability

This EEOC press release serves as a good reminder. Just because your employees work at a location that does not belong to you, does not mean you have no liability for the conduct that occurs at that site. Employers that have employees working on client sites should treat their employees’ complaints about client-site conduct as promptly as they should address conduct on their own worksites.
