Got Gov’t Contracts? Be Sure to Use New Self-ID Form!
Covered government contractors must begin using the OFCCP’s new voluntary self-identification of disability form by July 25th. OFCCP revised the form to update the preferred language for disabilities and to include additional examples of disabilities.
Note: The voluntary self-identification form is an OMB‐approved form. The only portion that contractors may modify or delete is the “For Employer Use Only” section, which was added to give contractors flexibility to enhance their recordkeeping for data analysis required by OFCCP’s regulations.
