Extension #5! US DHS Extends Form I-9 Flexibility Rule Thru 12/31/20

On November 18th, U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) announced it was extending the Form I-9 Flexibility Rule for the 5th time since it was first announced in March 2020. The current extension is through December 30, 2020.  This rule applies only to workforces that are 100% remote.  Click here for the related instructions and rule.
