Workplace Retaliation
The EEOC’s Proposed Enforcement Guidance on Harassment in the Workplace mentions retaliation at least 52 times. In its last fiscal year, the EEOC again reported that retaliation charges ranked #1 of all charges filed, above those based on race, sex, or any other protected status.
