Workplace Retaliation: The Employment Boomerang

On May 12, 2016 OSHA published its final rule modifying the recordkeeping requirements for certain employers including new anti-retaliation provisions. On August 29, 2016 the EEOC published final enforcement guidance on retaliation and related issues. Not be outdone, on December 20, 2016 four other federal agencies jointly published a Fact Sheet on “Retaliation Based on Exercise of Workplace Rights.” Join this interactive and engaging program as we review each, compare and contrast, and consider some proactive steps for enhancing compliance. 10:00 a.m. – 11:15 a.m. ET
