Workplace Harassment, Bullying, Griping & Social Media

On August 18th the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) issued a report summarizing at least a dozen cases it has considered in the last year related to employees’ use of social media and when such activity is/not protected under the National Labor Relations Act (NLRA).

Join this interactive program as we review the latest cases to compare and contrast employers’ proactive strategies to avoid charges of unlawful harassment, legal claims related to workplace bullying and remain compliant with the provisions of the NLRA, which covers nearly all private sector employers.
