We’re Not Getting Any Younger – Age Discrimination in Today’s Workplace Practices

On July 13th, the U.S. EEOC announced the settlement of a case of alleged age discrimination for $215,000. That followed two prior announcements in June, including one for $1 million!

On the upside, the EEOC’s “No Reasonable Cause” findings (that’s good news for the employers) have increased for the last five years.  Join this interactive program (with “live” polling questions, chat and Q & A) as we review issues and cases since this topic aired in September 2019, including proactive practices and pitfalls to avoid in recruitment, selection, hiring and employment practices, including and not limited to:

  • COVID-19, Return-to-Work and Age-Related issues
  • ISO Digital Natives
  • EEOC’s Latest Charge Statistics and Findings
  • Disparate Treatment vs. Adverse Impact
  • Proactive Practices & Pitfalls to Avoid
  • …and more!
