On August 2nd the National Labor Relations Board issued a decision that once again modified the rule the NLRB will follow to determine if employers’ policies violate the National Labor Relations Act. Examples include and are not limited to policies addressing:

  • Electronic Communications
  • Personal Conduct
  • Conflict of Interest
