Ms. Walters has nearly 20 years Training and Development experience.
She is an adjunct faculty member of the Johns Hopkins University teaching
graduate, undergraduate, and certification level courses. She is also
a former Manager of Training and Development, Manager of Employee
Relations & Training, and Employee Relations and
Training Specialist.
Since 1994, Ms. Walters has been presenting at national, state and regional
conferences for a variety professional associations and organizations.
She is a regular speaker for and member of the Speakers’ Bureau
for the national Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and has
