Ms. Walters has more than 20 years Training and Development experience.
She was an adjunct faculty member of the Johns Hopkins University for six years teaching
graduate, undergraduate, and certification level courses. She is also
a former Manager of Training and Development, Manager of Employee
Relations & Training, and Employee Relations and
Training Specialist.
Since 1994, Ms. Walters has been presenting at national, state and regional
conferences for a variety professional associations and organizations.
She is a regular speaker for and member of the Speakers’ Bureau
for the national Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and has
